Interior Design & Architecture
Jason led the interior design challenge at Darkley Lodge from planning, design, project management, decorating and furnishing to where we are today. RTE HOME OF THE YEAR Runner up 2020. An Interior Designer for 20 years, he is available to visit your home to inspire you before or during your project. I can discuss pre or post architect drawings with you, going through each room in detail to see if we need to change studding, change electrical or heating points. We can discuss furniture layout, architraving and coving. We can see if there are things we can salvage. We can discuss eventual window dressings. I can tell you where to source items and recommend tradesmen. I can help with garden and kitchen layouts from a practical point of view. We can discuss tiling in bathrooms, which walls to tile and where to put sanitary wear. The meeting is an opportunity for you to go through everything in detail before works start to help you plan in advance, avoid mistakes and make life as stress free as possible during the works.
Site Consultation & Project Design
My fees for design advisory are as follows:
Initial consultation fee: €595 for 4 hours
Initial consultation fee: € 895 for full day
As part of this initial consultation, I provide sketched up perspectives of the relevant spaces to help visualise the area and to proceed with the project.
